This is a beautiful specimen of a shark's tooth in matrix from Morocco.It is from an ancient makerel shark called Odotus Obliquus. It lived approximately 50 million years ago. It has great color and two nice cusplets on either side of the larger tooth. This specimen comes with an acrylic stand. Approximate matrix size is 2 3/4" x 3 1/2". Tooth size: 2" tall.
